➡️ Would You Rather… Assignment: Use this back to school activity during the first days of school to help students get to know one another through guided partner discussion. Students are paired up and respond to 15 engaging would you rather questions by choosing the option they personally prefer and explaining their reasoning out loud. Partners can circle or record each other’s responses directly on the sheet, keeping the activity interactive and collaborative. The questions are designed to be interesting and discussion-friendly, such as choosing between good grades or athletic ability, living in the past or the future, or only being able to whisper or shout. These prompts naturally lead to conversation, laughter, and follow-up questions, making the activity an easy way to get students talking and comfortable with one another.
