GRAMMAR GAME: HOMOPHONES, SPELLING, COMMAS, AND CAPITALIZATION

This eye-catching classroom game is perfect for review of homophones, spelling, comma rules, and capitalization rules! Simply project the game onto your screen, and you are ready to play.

HOW IT WORKS

The class is split into two large groups. One member from each group comes to the front of the classroom and selects a category and point number. The question is read aloud, then the two students signal to answer (grab an object, ring a bell, raise their hand). The student gets 10 seconds to answer the question. If they are right, they get the points. If they are wrong, the other team has a chance to steal! This process is repeated until all questions are answered, and the team with the most points wins!

Included is a 27 slide Powerpoint presentation that is interactive with 5 categories (spelling, commas, homophones, capitalization, and mixed bag).
