SHORT STORY NOVEL ASSIGNMENT: READING CUBE
Gone are the days of boring book reports and reading responses! This resource allows students to analyze main and secondary character, setting, theme, conflict, and important quotations in a creative and engaging way! Better yet, it can be used with ANY reading you are doing in your class.
Students complete the assignment based on detailed instructions. Then, after cutting out each of the circles, they easily connect them to make a 'Reading Cube'. All you need is glue and scissors.
You will be amazed at how much more engaged your students are in analyzing the text through the use of this craft in comparison to pencil to paper analysis.

♥ I saw this posted on Pinterest yesterday and I HAD to have this! What a fun activity. I was looking to change up my end-of-unit project for Of Mice and Men, so this will come in handy in the next few weeks! :)
