INFERENCE ACTIVITY: SOCIAL MEDIA
Inference Social Media Activity: Inference can be a difficult skill for students to master. Make it fun with this engaging activity where students will analyze 3 social media profiles to infer information about the person's life. The profiles contain both text and images that the students can use to make their inferences.
INCLUDED IN YOUR PURCHASE:
• 3 pre-made social media profiles that students can choose from (or they can do all three depending on how you want to do the lesson).
• Two worksheets to choose from. One asks students to write down what was written in the profile, what prior knowledge they used, and what they inferred. The other allows them to label what they know, and what they infer.
Students absolutely love this activity and it is a wonderful way to get them thinking about the process of inferential thinking!
