WONDER BY R.J. PALACIO ASSIGNMENT - ADVICE FOR AUGUST

Have your students take on the perspective of different characters from the best selling novel, Wonder, by R.J. Palacio to give August some much needed advice.

At the end of part 1, August feels completely betrayed by Jack and does not want to return to school. Use this worksheet for students to consider what different advice characters would give August. This is a great assignment to promote higher order thinking as it requires students to take on perspectives different than their own.
