In this assignment, students will examine the main and two secondary settings from the reading by describing the author's use of the main and secondary settings by considering the physical setting, time period, and the effect of setting on the mood of the story.
Please note that students do not draw a map of the setting with this assignment, but rather write about each of the settings based on the instructions and prompting questions.
