Back to School Digital Activity - Would You Rather Get to Know You First Days: Use this digital activity during the first days of school as a back to school icebreaker to build classroom community. The activity has students work in pairs to discuss "Would you rather" questions with a partner! Each person must select which they would personally prefer and explain their reasoning to their partner. This is a low-stress, fun first days digital activity to get students comfortable in the classroom.

This is a digital resource, and students complete all the work on the computer. This works well with distance learning, 1:1 classrooms, remote teaching, Google Classroom, or online education.

Put them in pairs and they can drag a circle onto their partner's answers on their slide. The 15 digital "Would you rather" questions are thought-provoking and interesting. For example, "Would you rather get good grades or be good at sports?", "Would you rather live 100 years in the future or 100 years in the past?", "Would you rather only be able to whisper, or only be able to shout?" and many more. Students will really enjoy hearing each others' answers and the discussions that follow.
